Today on the show Nate, Elise, and Jeanna talk about how as counselors, especially elementary counselors, we are teachers as well. We talk a lot about how we can use empathy to help our hard kids move in the right direction. This is a good one, especially if you aren't quite sure what direction to go with some of your tough kids.
